About the Author
Kate McBride lives in the countryside in Donegal in Ireland with her husband and two teenage sons. She has worked full-time in healthcare for the past 31 years and continues her practice in this field.
She has a special interest in mindfulness which she practises on a daily basis and has published a practical book on the subject.
She also has a keen interest in nutrition for twenty years ago and has certificates and a diploma from her study in this discipline as well as a lot of informal study and ongoing learning about nutrition and mindfulness.
So far, she has published two books in the “Everyday Made Easy” series `and one in another series“Nutrition365” on Amazon.
She also continues to keep up to date with new knowledge in these fields as well while writing more books in these two series,
Family commitments, working full-time and writing keeps her busy but she also likes reading, gardening and walking.
Most of all she likes to write.
