I was inspired to write this book after working with more than 7000 clients and observing patterns in the body relating to emotional stress. I noticed how emotions can impact pain, tension, and even ailments in the body. I wrote this book in a fun, simple, easy way to read and digest powerful information from years of my research as a holistic counselor.
