How is Writing In Your Genre Different from Others?
After publishing “The Fanpire” (a fat victorian vampire stuck in 1996) I decided to continue the series. The “Monster Tales” series is my twist on the most classic and beloved monsters in literature. All of my monsters are recognizable, but different than the original classics in many ways.
As an author, it was a big risk to write something that does not fit into a specific genre, (satire/humor/historical fiction/horror/supernatural all mixed together) but gratifying that I was able to pull it off.
What Advice Would You Give Aspiring Writers?

What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
Growing up, I loved the classic monsters and wanted to write my own version of a beloved classic monster. I originally wrote “The Fanpire” in 2005 as a script, but after reading it again in 2013, I felt that it would be a great e-book.
