Is there any correlation between contributing to the world and improving your spiritual path? To find out, I decided to incorporate spiritual concepts for forty days by using three themes that hail from a collaboration of New Thought philosophies and spiritual leaders—gratitude, connecting, and giving back—my emphasis was on karma and giving back.
Every day, I aimed for at least one good deed in the hope of strategizing and implementing the most powerful ways to make positive changes in my own life and the world around me.
