After the destruction of the home worlds of the super power empire of the Brell, It’s about a lone soldier of the Brell super power empire that, after the destruction of his race, travels into the future in search of revenge. Carrying with him custodianship of all of the residual power and knowledge of his race.
In the long journey up through the well of time he witnesses the emergence of new powers for both good and evil. One of them the super power empire of the Tolden. Another the dark powers behind a vast inter-stellar network of subjugated worlds.
After a battle that takes him to both the beginning and end of time, his struggle against the nemesis of his race leads to a final confrontation in a place thought to be only stuff of myth and legend.

How is Writing In Your Genre Different from Others?
I think there is even greater scope for one’s imagination. It is virtually boundless.
What Advice Would You Give Aspiring Writers?
Be prepared to work hard but take the breaks when you become jaded. Use constructive criticism and don’t get upset by destructive criticism. In fact let destructive criticism spur you on. Try to get a good publisher behind you but don’t wait forever as so many tools exist to assist the self publisher. Be prepared to do the “hard yards” in terms of marketing your book. Jot all your new ideas down as they come to mind.
What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
A life long love of science fiction and science fantasy and a desire to give something back to the genre.
About the Author:
I’ve written more than 120 speculative fiction short stories in the 7 years I have been writing speculative fiction. Some of these have been published in the six collections of short stories and two novellas I have written all of which are on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/David-Scholes/e/B002D657LQ
Currently I am working on another collection of short speculative fiction stories for publication later this year.
I have been a regular contributor to both the Antipodean SF and the Beam Me Up Pod cast sites and have also been published on a variety of other sci-fi sites such as Bewildering Stories, 365 Tomorrows, and Farther Stars Than These.
I have written two story arcs: the 12 part Alien Hunter series for the then Golden Visions magazine (in 2011/12) (which was the basis for my subsequent Alien Hunter, Star Trooper novella) and the Trathh story arc for the Beam Me Up Pod Cast site (in 2012/13). Currently I’m writing a Human Hunter story arc also for the Beam Me Up Pod Cast site.
