So, let’s just get out in front and ask the question; why is it so hard to eat healthy?
It’s easy to WANT to eat healthy, and it seems easy when you promise yourself that you will, but there are always excuses to be made as well. That’s the catch. That’s why it’s so hard for most people to eat healthy. The excuses that we make for ourselves!
The two most common excuses I’ve hears from my friends when I’ve dared to broach the topic of eating healthier food are:
“Cooking healthy meals takes too much time”, and “There aren’t any healthy recipes that are actually tasty”.
Well, “How To Eat Healthy On The Go: 20 Fast ‘Good-For-You’ Recipes” will knock out both of those excuses once and for all!
Each of the 20 recipes in this book are healthy, delicious AND fast! In fact, they can be on your plate within 30 minutes of you asking the question, “What do I want to eat?”
“How To Eat Healthy On The Go” includes five easy, healthy, and fast recipes for each important meal in your day: breakfast, lunch, dinner… and even dessert!
Give them all a try. You’ll be happy you did!

How is Writing In Your Genre Different from Others?
All of the recipes that I choose for my cookbooks are my favorite recipes that I’ve come across on my travels. I believe that if I’ve found something good enough to share, then there are surely readers out there that will want to get the recipes a shot too!
What Advice Would You Give Aspiring Writers?
The only thing I can really say is this: Find something you’re passionate about and WRITE about it! If you find something interesting, you can bet that someone else out there does too!
What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
I have a lot of friends that are very, very busy. When I dare to bring up the topic of eating healthier, I get all of the usual excuses like: “There’s just no time to cook healthy meals all the time”, or “The healthy recipes I’ve tried just don’t taste good at all”.
So, I decided to put together recipes – for each meal in the day (yes, even DESSERT) – that are fast AND healthy!
