I think if you want to publish or self-publish you just need to do it. It won’t be perfect the first time but the important thing is to believe in yourself, be passionate about what you are writing about and write.
What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
Cooking is something I enjoy and that I’m passionate about. However, I have a limited amount of time to cook and some weeks I’m so busy that it is really difficult to get a meal on the table.
Instead of compromising on the quality of my food, I decided a long time ago to focus on how I could get the maximum about of flavor out of what I was cooking so that I could produce quick and easy meals. Almost all of my recipes are healthy and are prepared from scratch; however, there are a few family favorites that don’t meet this criteria that I wanted to share anyway – just because it is nice to treat yourself some time.
This cooking cheat series is really about sharing those tips and shortcuts, and great recipes that help me cook delicious meals day after day.
